Before installation, the environment inside the control room should be in good condition, all interior decoration construction has been completed, and the indoor area should be clean and safe.


Installation and fixation of distribution cabinet A:

① After the distribution cabinet is transported to the site, organize an unboxing inspection to check for any deformation or paint peeling, whether the instrument components are complete, whether there are any defects in spare parts, manuals, etc., and keep a good unboxing record.

② According to the layout of the construction drawings, place the switchgear on the foundation steel in order. After the cabinets are in place, first align the cabinets at both ends, and then tie small wires at a height of two-thirds from the bottom to the top of the cabinets. Align each cabinet one by one, using the cabinet surface as the standard. When aligning, use 0.5mm shims for adjustment, and each shim cannot exceed three pieces at most.

③ After positioning and aligning, fix the cabinet according to the size of the cabinet fixing screw hole, and connect the cabinet body to the cabinet body and the cabinet body to the side baffle with galvanized screws. The high and low voltage switchgear is firmly welded to the reserved angle steel, and the exposed part above the cable interlayer is fully covered with patterned steel plates. The front and back of the cabinet are fully insulated with 1200mm x 10mm (width x thickness).

④ The horizontal deviation of the top of the adjacent two cabinets of the switchgear shall not exceed 2mm, the horizontal deviation of the top of all cabinets shall not exceed 5mm, the unevenness of the edges of the adjacent two cabinets shall not exceed 1mm, the unevenness of the entire cabinet surface shall not exceed 5mm, and the joint between cabinets shall not exceed 2mm.

⑤ After positioning the equipment, tighten and inspect the internal fasteners again, especially at the conductor connection ends. After the wiring inside the cabinet is completed, use a vacuum cleaner to remove debris inside the cabinet, keep the equipment clean inside and outside, and accurately label the equipment tag number and circuit number.


After the installation of the distribution cabinet is completed, install the bridge above the cabinet. The opening positions for the incoming and outgoing cables of the distribution cabinet shall be reserved by the supplier according to their dimensions. Close the cable after it is laid. The dedicated grounding wire is used for reliable grounding between the bridge and the grounding busbar inside the cabinet. The connection between the bridge and the distribution box (cabinet) is made of rubber plates to protect the wires and cables. The bridge is connected to the distribution cabinet.

B: Secondary circuit wiring: The distribution cabinet should complete the secondary circuit wiring and related testing inside the cabinet before leaving the factory. After the distribution cabinet equipment arrives at the site, it should be inspected and accepted in a timely manner under the supervision and guidance of the on-site engineer and supervisor of Party A. The relevant technical documents should be complete, the packaging and sealing of the distribution cabinet should be good, all components should be complete and intact, and the wiring should be reliable. After the installation and fixation of the distribution cabinet, insulation tests should be carried out on the secondary wiring circuits of the distribution cabinet one by one. A 500V insulation testing instrument should be used for the test, and the test results should be greater than 1M Ω. All secondary circuit control wires or cables shall be made of multi stranded soft copper wire, and the wiring terminals shall be of appropriate specifications. After soldering, special crimping pliers shall be used for crimping, and neutral solder shall be used for soldering.

C: The handover test of the distribution cabinet is detailed in the debugging and power transmission section below.

D: Other requirements

① The installation of drawer type switchgear should also meet the following requirements:

a. The drawer is flexible and lightweight, with no jamming or collision phenomenon;

b. The centerline of the moving and stationary contacts is consistent, and the contacts are in close contact;

c. The mechanical or electrical interlocking device of the drawer operates correctly and reliably, ensuring that the isolation contacts can only be separated after the circuit breaker is opened;

d. The grounding contact between the drawer and the cabinet body is tightly connected; When the drawer is pushed in, the grounding contact of the drawer is more than
